Able to ask someone to receive your mail or lugguage, although you are absence.
Could feel relief when you get sick because always have somebody in the house.

Demerit

The facilities is shared, so sometimes you could not use at the time you want.
Have to care and follow the guest house's rules.
Confusion with the different of the culture.
Feel awkward when there are some trouble among the tenants.
Sometimes you have to living with the person that you do not match.
When there is a robbery occur in the house, you will become the one of the suspect.
The correspondence of the house is depends on the caretaker.
Could not be alone when the time that you want to be lonely.
